On the 20th August, the 2022 trophy cup winners were announced at Countesthorpe Gardens and Allotments.
The two trophies that allotment members were competing for were the Best Allotment and the Most Improved Plot. Plots 8, 4B, 5, 24, 38, 47 and 48, were all picked by the Allotment Society Committee to be in for a chance of winning the Best Allotment trophy. Plots 9B, 29A, 14, 12A, 12B and 55 were identified by the Committee as contenders for the Most Improved Plot trophy.
After careful consideration from the Committee, the winners were chosen!
Congratulations to Bruce Wells of Plots 8 and 9B, who picked up both trophies! He is proudly showing off the trophies on his plot in the picture below.
